Who is paying for the returns?

We accept all returns of unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.
  • The product should be in good condition, sealed, and unused
  • Always retain the proof of postage and please send us a copy in case your return was approved.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
